At CDS, we participate in most major insurance plans, including indemnity and PPO plans.
Basic services, including x-rays, exams and cleanings, are usually completely covered. Other services are subject to copayments and deductibles. For specific information about your plan, please call today.
Depending on your particular insurance, your deductible and co-payments may vary. Some programs are reduced fee programs, with all fees paid by the patient. There are others where reimbursement is directly to us.
Gina, the head of our insurance department, is well versed in insurance matters and handles all insurance issues. She will complete your forms, is very experienced at maximizing your benefits, and is very familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the various insurance companies.
